The Judy Wilkinson Award was instituted in 1997 in memory of Parade Committee Member, Judy Wilkinson, who passed away in 1996 after a seventeen year battle with cancer. Judy was the most generous person you could ever meet, often giving what a friend needs before that friend knows it is a need. Judy usually worked behind the scenes on the operational items that contributed to the Parade’s success.

2017 Judy Wilkinson Award Winner: Justin Beauregard

Justin has been a valued member of the Worcester County St. Patrick’s Parade for the past 5 years. He actually began his involvement many years before at the age of 12. Justin is the grandson of the late Donald F. Finnegan, Sr., a long time committee member who passed away in 2015. Justin would work every parade day for 15 years with his grandfather putting together Division 2. After his grandfather retired, he continued to work with his grandmother, Janet White. Justin would always say the reason he worked parade day was so he could go back to the Main South A.L. Post and have their cabbage soup.

Justin was born in Worcester and raised in Auburn by his late Grandmother, Barbara Bernard. He graduated from Bay Path Regional High School. Today, he is a Journeyman Electrician with the I.B.E.W. Local 96. Justin has a sister, Lindsay Beaulac, her husband Peter, and his niece and nephew, McKenzie and Jacob Beaulac.

Justin currently lives in Worcester with his longtime girlfriend, Heather Forchilli. Justin has worked in numerous states, including New York, Minnesota, Nevada and Connecticut, and other locations. The Committee has been fortunate that he has always managed to come home to work parade day.

The St. Patrick’s Parade Committee recognizes his long lasting commitment to being a valued parade division captain.
